Motorcycle Hall of Fame members Wayne Rainey and Paul Goldsmith are among the seven people to be inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America during ceremonies on August 13 at the Fillmore Detroit.
Roger Edmondson of AMA Pro Racing will be accepting for Rainey.
Others in the class of 2008 include Michael Andretti, Buddy Baker, John Force, Richie Ginther and Betty Skelton.
Returning inductees tentatively scheduled to attend include Motorcycle Hall of Fame members Gary Nixon, Carroll Resweber and Jay Springsteen.
