Win This 1970 BSA B44 Victor Special in the AMA’s Hall of Fame Raffle

Big British thumpers ruled the day during the 1960s, on the track and on the street, and few did it as well as BSA’s 441cc lineup.

Initially offered as the B44 Victory GP race-replica to celebrate AMA Hall of Famer Jeff Smith’s back-to-back motocross world championships in ’64 and ’65, the B44 Victor Special of 1967 added lighting, a beautifully polished alloy fuel tank, a dual seat and other accessories, making it a versatile on- and off-road machine capable of Big Things.

The Special is one of the most attractive and collectable British factory scramblers ever built, and this one’s a peach, with just 2,500 original miles and in original, unmolested condition.

Before it came to the AMA, the previous owner rebuilt the carburetor, changed the oil, set the points, adjusted the valves, installed a new battery, added fresh (non-ethanol) fuel, and gave it a thorough wash and wax. The keys are in the ignition, and it runs well.

If you’re looking for an astounding example of a classic British scrambler, this could be it, so buy your raffle tickets now. The lucky winner will be chosen at 2027 AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days.
